Heidi is a dedicated Medicare Specialist, post-9/11 Army veteran, and passionate entrepreneur who serves with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Her commitment to supporting the senior community was inspired by her late mother, a devoted hospice nurse. As a teenager, Heidi volunteered as an Activities Director at a local nursing home, an experience that shaped her lifelong passion for elder care and advocacy.

Heidi holds a degree in Developmental Psychology with a minor in Parenting and Child Development. Her diverse professional background includes pharmaceutical sales, nonprofit program management, and primary care office administration. This well-rounded experience gives her a deep understanding of the healthcare system and the needs of both individuals and families.

Blending industry expertise with genuine empathy, Heidi ensures every client feels seen, heard, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. She is especially passionate about demystifying Medicare, whether in one-on-one sessions or public seminars, she loves helping clients go from feeling confused and overwhelmed to confident and informed.

An active member of her local Baptist church, Heidi’s faith is a guiding force in both her personal and professional life.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two teenagers, weightlifting, CrossFit, and exploring the outdoors. A proud alumna of the Warrior Surf Foundation, she finds peace surfing at Folly Beach or hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains with her dog, Romeo, a spirited Lab/Pointer mix.
